Request permanent deletion of your KamShaam account and its associated personal data.

Use the form on this page to request permanent deletion of your KamShaam account. Enter the phone number registered with the account and select “Submit request.” You do not need to reinstall or sign in to the app. SoftSolutioners may contact you only as needed to verify account ownership.
This process permanently deletes the account; it does not merely deactivate, disable, or freeze it.
What will be deleted
- ✓Your KamShaam account and ability to sign in
- ✓Your name and registered phone number
- ✓Your saved delivery address
- ✓Your password hash and authentication information
- ✓Firebase notification tokens
- ✓Order attachments
- ✓Personal information associated with previous orders
Records we may retain
After the KamShaam account is permanently deleted, limited order records may be retained only where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Retained records will be restricted to those purposes and deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
