KamShaam Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for KamShaam, the app name used in its Google Play store listing.

KamShaam is developed, published, and operated by SoftSolutioners. The developer privacy and support contact is aqibkhan.matz@gmail.com. The developer website is https://www.softsolutioners.com.

The Android package name is com.softsolutioners.deliveryapp. KamShaam was formerly named Delivery Service and was also previously known as Tando Allahyar Food.

This policy applies specifically to information processed through the KamShaam app. It supplements the general SoftSolutioners Privacy Policy. If the two policies differ regarding this app, this app-specific policy controls.

The app collects a phone number to create and authenticate an account. Users may also provide an optional customer name and a saved delivery address.

When an order is placed, we collect the delivery address, order description, delivery instructions, selected shop, order status, applicable fees, estimated totals, and related order history. Users may optionally upload an order-attachment image to clarify what they want purchased or delivered.

The KamShaam Android app does not request microphone or location permissions. It does not collect precise or approximate device location, does not access the microphone, and does not include an analytics SDK.

The app does not use personal information for third-party advertising or advertising profiling. It does not collect information through website cookies inside the native Android app.

We use the information described above only as reasonably necessary to operate and protect KamShaam. This includes:

• creating and authenticating customer accounts;
• processing orders and assigning deliveries;
• allowing administrators and delivery personnel to coordinate fulfilment;
• contacting customers about an order or delivery issue;
• displaying order status, fees, estimated totals, and order history;
• sending order-status and service notifications;
• providing customer support and resolving disputes; and
• preventing misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and other security incidents.

Authorized SoftSolutioners administrators may access account and order information when needed to manage orders, assign delivery personnel, provide support, investigate misuse, maintain the service, or resolve a complaint.

The delivery person assigned to an order may access the customer name, phone number, delivery address, order description, delivery instructions, selected shop, attachment image, and other order details necessary to collect and fulfil that delivery. Delivery personnel are not authorized to use this information for unrelated purposes or retain it outside the service.

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a notification service provided by Google, to send account, order-status, and service notifications. Firebase may process a Firebase installation identifier, FCM device token, app version, and technical service information required to register the app installation and deliver notifications.

Google processes this technical information as our notification service provider. Its handling of information is also governed by applicable Google and Firebase terms and privacy documentation. KamShaam does not use Firebase Analytics.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use or share personal information for third-party advertising.

Information is disclosed only to authorized administrators, the delivery person assigned to the relevant order, Google/Firebase as the notification service provider, infrastructure providers needed to operate the app, or authorities and professional advisers where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

We retain account information while the account is active and retain order information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide order history, administer the service, protect users, maintain business records, and meet security or legal requirements. Retention periods depend on the type of record and why it is needed.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data through the deletion form at softsolutioners.com/account-deletion/delivery-service or by emailing aqibkhan.matz@gmail.com with the subject “KamShaam Data Deletion Request.” Please include the phone number registered to the account so we can locate the account, and be prepared to verify ownership before deletion.

After a verified request, eligible account information and associated personal data will be deleted or de-identified from active systems. Certain order records may be retained where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or legal obligations. We will restrict retained information to those purposes and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer required.

Information transmitted between the app and our services is protected using HTTPS. Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are never stored or displayed as plain text.

We also use role-based access, authentication controls, restricted administrative access, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

KamShaam is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.

We may update this policy when the app’s features, service providers, security practices, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version on this page, update the date shown above, and update the app-store disclosures when the app’s data practices materially change.
